Yo. What happened to this location? Quality and service have tanked. More than 10 minutes to order with no line, using “hand washing station only sink” to clean knives and dishes, out of most bagels, got my order wrong on the first try, asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato on a breakfast sandwich (sausage egg and cheese) - gross, counted 19 people waiting for their orders, cashier on a FaceTime call while ringing customers. Live in the neighborhood, big disappointment.
