Not closing an hour earlier than scheduled would be a great improvement. It's currently 11:18 and there's no one there. They are supposed to close at midnight. This is the second time this has happened.
I went on Saturday morning, 5/25, and no one served me. The employees were having a nice chat in back and would NOT interrupt it to take care of a paying customer. I got a couple of, "I'll be with you in a minute"s shouted at me but no service. I know the price of one breakfast isn't going to bankrupt you. But how many customers do you lose while she is having little chats with her friends in the back???? I'll never go there again. Good luck with bankruptcy.
