While my order was correct, the quality was terrible. I did order pickup. The food was cold, there was food on the outside of the container and there were no utensils in the bag despite me requesting it. I’m honestly disappointed because I’ve never experience this from chipotle.
Customer service isn’t that great. Wait time is really long and if you don’t get someone’s attention about your order you would stand and wait forever while being ignored.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
