I am quite harsh on ramenbut the spicy Pai Tan ramen soup broth was so complex and rich , tasting of slow simmered stock instead of cheap bullion, with well rounded subtle flavors instead of an over reliance on MSG and salt.The noodles were the perfect consistency. The quantity was really well cultivatedThe flavor of the starters really stand out strong .. and they offer a wider variety of sake as well .

Solid addition to the neighborhood. Not the tastiest of broths so I always add all of the spices. They did however have THE BEST slices of Chashu Pork I’ve ever tasted.And to the clown they complained how fast the ramen came out, they slow cook it all day so they’re really just pouring it into a bowl for you smarty pants.
