I ordered the Bissap and Ginger drinks. Personally I am not a fan of the ginger- it’s a little spicy which I’m pretty sensitive too. I gifted those to my mom who liked them! I really enjoy the Bissap. It is flavor packed and delicious!

Placed an order almost a month ago and had my credit card charged. Emailed them a few times to ask about my order. First email was sent 8 days after my credit card was charged. They stated that FedEx couldn't locate my shipment and that they'd send it out again the next day. Waited 9 days for an email notification stating my shipment was sent. Never got one so I emailed them again about a week ago. No response except and auto reply stating they'd get back to me within 24-48 business hours. Waited a week before sending them a message here on FB. No response. Has it shipped? Have they gone on vacation? Are they closed permanently? Will probably dispute this with my credit card company since I'm not getting a response from them. I understand small businesses are run by just a few people but if you're going to be away for a while then change your auto reply to inform your customers. That's only if you are away for whatever reason. Do their products they advertise look great? Yes. Would I recommend them? No because you'll never get your product and your emails and messages will never get a response.
