I recently visited MADRE for brunch, and it was an absolute delight! Although I initially came with high hopes of trying their soufflé (available only during dinner), I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse and delicious brunch menu. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. It’s that good. The food was absolutely delicious. Their ceviche is on par with the best high end Peruvian kitchens.
