When anyone asks me where to find the best chocolate croissant in Brooklyn, Runner and Stone comes out on the top of my list. The pastries are perfectly balanced. Buttery but not too greasy, crisp on the outside but airy and fluffy on the inside. My only complaint is that I always want more. The staff is always very attentive and patient.
I’m obsessed with this place. I often come to pick up something for lunch. Everything I have eaten from here has been delicious, and very reasonably priced. The lentil soup is blowing my mind. Can’t wait to try more sandwiches.

Really considerate staff recognized my dad had some mobility issues and made sure we knew a more accessible table was available for us.The food was ridiculously good and they're flexible with substitutions if you're a vegetarian, which I appreciated. Best dang chai of my life. So glad to have stopped here.
