This one they will have 5 or 6 people behind counter and no service for people on line.I walked out yesterday. I’m not just talking about one time the service is not good.

I want to be fair so lets start off with the positive. The people here are pleasant and the coffee and other beverages are really enjoyable. However, I am quit disappointed at the pettiness on the mobile app when ordering at this Ralph Georgetown location. For the last 4 days on the Mobile app they block oatmilk orders….saying there is no oatmilk. I went into the store only to find out from the person behind the register, “oh, I’m sorry we have limited oatmilk so we are only serving it to in person customers!!!” Like how ridiculous is that…are you saying in person customers are valued above mobile app customers???? I’m freaking lactose intolerant and secondly, I’m running to take care of my patients! Must I come in and be delayed waiting in your long line…just for oatmilk!!!
