Had to try a chopped cheese where it all began. The sandwiches were very good as was the service. Had better, but had to go to the original spot. FYI. The store sign no longer says Blue Sky Deli. It still says Chopped Cheese Delicious and Famous Chopped Cheese. A typical bodega with good food. Would go back again when I’m the area.
The chop cheese here is fire but it takes maddd long (between 20-30 mins). Ig it’s understandable because there is a lot of people calling and coming in person to order but it’s still a good spot!

I would consider the chopped cheese here the Harlem IN-N-OUT sandwich, so flavorful and at such a good price and service you can’t beat it. The first bite was like a deli epiphany. A must try and a local staple that lives up to every since ounce of hype.I love that sandwich, definitely getting pickles on it next time!
