Afternoon tea at The Plaza is a must do experience. The food is superb, the ambience is exquisite and the staff and service are outstanding. You are not rushed at any time and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your experience is outstanding. We had champagne with our lunch and I thought the lunch offered great value for money. Thank you, Plaza!
The location and ambience is lovely, but the food was more strange than creative. The “egg salad” sandwich with strawberry jam was not good. It wasn't even egg salad. It was a piece of steamed omelette inside bread smeared with jam. I have had high teas around the world in some incredible places, and this was my least favorite. And it definitely wasn't worth the price.

This is a wonderful experience in a beautiful venue. It is expensive, but it is worth it to do it. My sister and I spent the morning at the Guerlain spa and then the Palm Court for afternoon tea. The service was impeccable and pleasant. The tea choices were abundant and our food was different and delicious
