“Great spot that serves locally sourced grass fed burgers, and Connecticut-owned soda and chips. Carl was really kind and gave us a tour of the menu and the care that's put into the chosen ingredients. Nice, clean ambiance indoors, as well as an outdoor area. The burger and fries were great. Looking forward to coming back to try the pot pies! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.“

“I ordered the wrong thing and though I didn’t expect them to refund me, they gave me a massive discount on the food I intended to order. Very kind of them. I’ve gone here a lot and the food and service is always exceptional. Great for dine in and take out.“

“Found this spot for lunch as we were in the area and very much enjoyed everything we had! The offerings were abundant, the service was great. Everyone was very kind to us. We got to eat outside on a lovely day. I am very health conscious and was grateful to find an organic, gluten free option restaurant. And better yet, everything was delicious. I wish there was more around like this!“

“First time here and everything was great. Friendly, timely service. Nice ambience - background music was just at the right level and not loud so conversation was easy. Sat by the window for a nice view of the grounds. Bonus was it happened to be restaurant week which i didn't realize when I made the reservation. Food was delicious and plated nicely. Prices were reasonable, quality food. Great time and definitely returning. I imagine it's probably more busy in the evenings, weekends, nicer weather. There are regular, high top tables and bar seating. Reservations recommended. Really no complaints“

“Loved the outdoor deck if only I84 wasn't so close as there was a bit of road noise. Food was great - American Bistro with Mexican dishes. Burgers were too large and cooked perfectly. I appreciate the local CT microbrews. Fun place to have lunch or dinner!“

“A nice spot to stop & cool off on a hot July day.The ices were at perfect temp & the lemon was sweet and tart at the same time. The soft vanillawas also very good according to my daughter. Our only gripe was no cherry dip. Hence the four stars. We found the Staff friendly, lots of seating & very clean.“
“My moms food is the best out there! .. and I’m not just saying this because she is my mom. I live 4 hours away and I crave her rice balls and gumbo constantly! She’s an extremely hard worker and an amazing cook (& and even better mom/grandma)“

“I'm gonna have to backup my girl Nicole K. from below, took her advice on the double egg and I even went with a bacon egg and chew instead of turkey because she said it's the best egg Sammy ever, and it did not disappoint!I'm a wrap guy, so the style of eggs means a lot to this sam, idk what they did to these eggs but I gotta do it at home. Bacon made perfect, good melts cheese. I'm a happy boy upstate today, and we only went in this cute little deli because we were waiting for our Dunkin. “We had gone in last week to try your new skillets which, by the way are so delicious! Don’t take that chicken one off the menu! We had Gabby as a server. She was very kind, and she made our dinner very pleasant. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Perfect if you have a little child because they have a little play room with a slide and a couple of tubes to crawl through. It's not super big, so it's good for kids I would say 10 and under. Probably more like 8 and under but my son still likes to go in and he's getting to be almost too big to fit and he's 9. We've been going there since he was a toddler bc it's the only fast food place in the area with a play room. The food and service is what you would expect from a Burger King ?.Parking: Plenty of parking around the restaurant and has a drive threw.Kid-friendliness: BK crowns all over for the kids and a play room with slide.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door facing road.“

“I spoke to a friend recently who grew up with me in Brewster but moved away in 2006. She asked me, "Is that ice cream place still there? What was it......Red Rooster?" I was so pleased to tell her that it is. I've loved coming here since I was a kid. The biggest fault was always not enough seating, but since the expansion, it's an almost perfect spot. I'm not a huge fan of the red/white theme, esthetically.“

“The Farmhouse is a great family run establishment. Owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and reasonably priced. Ice cream and shakes are great and restaurant is clean and decorated beautifully. Come for the Clam Bake in the summer and the cider donuts in the fall.“
