We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some great recommendations. The food was excellent. I had the beet & grapefruit salad and the Taglierini al limone, and both were unique and delicious. I loved the light, but cozy atmosphere too.“

“This was the first time I had been to Rippers in eight years and it is still as good as it was in 2015. The burgers are so flavorful and juicy and came with a special sauce with cheese, lettuce and tomato. It tasted so good. The Fries were topped with salt, pepper and spices. They really have a great flavor and really don't need ketchup. The one thing is that they give you a very generous portion and are perfect for sharing. The view of the shore is amazing and it is nice to hear the waves crashing while you are eating. It puts you in the mood and you can just relax.“

Loaded baked potato and asparagus were fine; nothing special. Chocolate torte and warm butter cake desserts were good. The service was fine; waiter was pleasant. “Super aesthetically pleasing interior with floral walls and dark green chairs. It's not a huge space but it's well thought out. Had the hibiscus margarita and the spicy Paloma, both refreshing drinks. The vegan cauliflower with pesto dish is a favorite. For entree, I had the surf and turf burrito. It came with a side salad. I did not have room for dessert but they had churros on the menu which I will have to try next time. Service was quick and the food came out pretty quickly.“

Tara, brian, eoin, everyone who works here, theyre just gems. Its not easy to work a midtown bar and still be kind, but they are. I owe them everything. “First of all, what a beautiful island, especially during the only season compatible with being a human person. This place is very conveniently located next to the train station where it inconveniently takes ten thousand rotating steps of escalator to bring you up to island level. The outdoor seating overlooks large patches of grass and bush, and made me feel like I was in a small town in New Hampshire or Upstate New York -- places where Main Street should be called The Only Street. It was perfect for those who hate wind, bugs, heat, or cold, but do enjoy fresh air. Everything we ordered had potato: baked, mashed, and souped. It's very hard to resist a Potato & Leek soup or a Shepherd's pie at an Irish pub, even when there's a brunch menu available. This was a tough one. I made a last minute decision not to get the Irish breakfast and a last second decision not to get the Fish & Chips. Instead, I got a seared salmon with vegetables and mashed potato, but thought about those Fish & Chips the whole time. The salmon was crisp and seasoned with delicious capers. It made me feel like I made a healthy decision, but darn, the fomo. I will simply have to come back.“

“Better than halal guys by far. One of the few places with good chicken that isn't dry and lamb isn't burnt. Only thing I didn't like was the hot sauce. “Dinner on 02/01/2024.I had eaten at Jackson Hole before in 2015 at the (now closed) Bayside location, and ever since then I have always dreamed of returning here to eat their amazing burger again. For me, the one from Jackson Hole is the best in the world: big, tasty, succulent, I love it!! Also absolutely worth trying is the chilli with grated cheddar on top, a delight. And then the environment: this is the real American diner!! If you come to the USA, this is where you absolutely must eat at least once. You are great!!“

“I initially wasn’t going to leave a review, but Moe’s really impressed me. Delivers as advertised Pastrami Burger was cooked well, I rather enjoyed it. The pastrami is awesomely spiced adding the needed/desired kick to the burger. The patty is smash burger style which I am always apprehensive about, but it was not dry or over cooked, nice and juicy. It’s great to have an alternative to the abundance of fast food chain restaurants for lunch/dinner in Flatbush. I will definitely be back to grab a burger or sandwich soon. “This sandwich was insanely good. I wasn't all that hungry when I first ordered. I really just went because my friend wanted to go but I am glad I ate because this food was amazing. There's a lot more I want to try. I can't name what everything is but it's honestly most of the entire menu. What I did have was the Gus G I think. That's the chicken sandwich which isn't to be confused with the turkey sandwich that has a similar name. The decor and atmosphere was very nice and clean as well. Parking is not the greatest by any means but I will figure out a way to stop by there again soon.Parking: It's a tight and congested area so parking is not the greatest depending on when you go.“

“went to Brooklyn Beef N Cheese today 3/8/24 with my son. Meet Jessie and he hooked us up. My son had pulled pork sandwich, I had a classic cheese steak sandwich. Both were amazing!! Got an order of fries and Tots which also really good. Found my new sandwich shop for burgers, roast beef, cheese steaks and pulled pork in Brooklyn. Brooklyn Beef N Cheese is better than the other OG places that have been around for decades. Great job Jessie and crew“

“Great food and great service! The Dukaan Boys grill is a not-so-average fusion diner, serving classic American dishes with Arab and South Asian flavors. The diner is designed to give you that "NYC diner" feel. The aesthetic is chic and very modern with hints of vintage here and there (like their jukebox and black and white photo of the Brooklyn bridge). I love that they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner! My sweet tooth really wanted to get those baklava pancakes but I'll have to come back for it another time. Instead, I went with savory this time around... I got the chicken and beef shawarma platter, the chicken cheese sandwich, their amazing fries, beef and lamb kofta burger, and iced coffee. All the food was tasty! The shawarma platter hit the spot. For me, I would have loved more meat. But nonetheless, I loved it. The chicken cheese sandwich was seasoned so well. I could see myself eating this late at night with such satisfaction... I took my leftovers home so I probably will. lol. The kofta burger is as you would expect it to be! Delicious and giving you kebab feels. The coffee was strong... just how I like it! There is an alternative milk option if you don't drink dairy like me. There's also different syrups to try in your coffee like vanilla, hazelnut, and almond. They also have flavored creamers like caramel, almond joy, and Cinnabon. Shout out to Gio, one of the owners, who I met today... such a warm and friendly person. :) If you're looking for something new... this is definitely the spot for you to hit up!“
