“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

“I’ve been coming here consistently since they opened. The food and drinks are high quality, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The sauces they use actually make me crave eating here more and more. I work in the area and it’s great knowing that there is a healthy option nearby that never disappoints.The actual atmosphere is great! It’s always clean, always inviting and the staff is so incredible. As I said, I eat here consistently and I feel like they always go the extra mile for me. “I went to Cleveland for my birthday and I love to just walk around new cities and try new coffee shops. We came across this shop and tried it out. I was expecting to get a coffee but a gentleman there stated that I should try to chai tea. Boy, was he ever correct. It had to be the most amazing chai tea I've ever had. It had a very smooth taste, with a nice hint of fresh ground cinnamon on top. Not overly sweet like a desert, but just right. The barista that works there was also very friendly and we chatted a bunch about a lot of cool topics. I definitely recommend it!“

“The service was very friendly! The two girls at the front were very nice and patient. I got the large and a lot of the fruit wasn’t sweet at all. Especially the mango! The area to eat is small but cute and there was also a bit of a funny smell like maybe cleaning products but it was off putting. Anyways, I would return based on the good service and the concept of something healthier on the go.“

“(this is an updated review) I was in the mood for a salad and Googled salad bars and this restaurant came up. I am from Wickliffe and had no idea it was there. I went in and ordered a large salad and I have to say it was spectacular. So much so I attempted to go there twice after that but they were having staffing issues. I wrote a negative review and I should have given it much more thought. It is too easy to be negative and they did not deserve that. I will be back because sometimes you just want a salad. Everything was crisp and fresh and the salsa ranch salad dressing was GREAT!! Excellent. They do need to get some diet pop though (I can forgive them this because that is not good for you anyhow)“

“Let me start of by saying the staff and barista were amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming & knows how to have great conversation! She was knowledgeable and offered many suggestions which was great for a first timer like me.The smoothies are AMAZING and you have the option to THC infuse your drink. They do ask what strength you prefer and offer precaution not to drink them too fast!I was not able to enjoy the food as I’m on a strict diet but I heard it was great and would love to return and try it!All around a great experience and will definitely return!“

“Okay so there is not enough smoothie Kings around Cleveland Ohio I'm tired of going to Pulp and wanted to try something different so beyond juicery I noticed there are a few around I usually order fresh lemonade from Pope which uses fresh lemons which I really love so beyond juicery does juices but they're lemonade is already pre-made and they just add fruit to it which I do not think that is a fresh lemonade if you are already using a juice that is already made.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! Sebastian the cute, friendly, amazing server from Argentina is absolutely perfect. He treated us like we were his only customers and he was incredible. “I went with family to Lulo for the first time. The decor is nice. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent! Between us, we tried the empanadas, churrasco, carne asada and chicken. Everything had flavor. The chicken and meat were juicy and soft. The plates came out just as they are pictured online. Not many places manage that. Our server was attentive. I would definitely recommend to others and go back myself.“

Service is helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the ice cream from the soda shop area. I went in with a 100$ max budget and got a lot of great treats. Of course, I wish I could have gotten more, but that's why I will definitely be back soon. Would recommend. Note: I was in search of the original 'sweet and sour' CHARMS lollipops but unfortunately, that was the 1 candy they didn't seem to have. Not to worry, I found another similar lollipop to try out.“
