My friend went there and was treated horribly by the manager and then after my friend leaves a review about her experience, the manager comes back with a response that was highly inappropriate and extremely rude . She lacked accountability and used sarcastic language to try to belittle my friend and blamed her on her experience and even went as low as to lie on her. This was on my list to eat at when I come back to Cleveland with a group of my nurses friends , but will not be going due to obvious reasons that I listed above.
Fantastic environment great staff and warm and friendly patrons love it here

Rob is a "Rockstar" they didn't have wait service when we visited Saturday afternoon. Got our meals and the food is friggin' fantastic!!! They got slammed with patrons after we got served. And Rob made sure everyone was served and made to feel welcome.
