8:42pm: Order placed - confirmation text message received. Expected delivery 40 minutes. 8:50pm: online tracking: we are making your order 9:29pm-: attempt to call - no answer Several attempts to call through with same result 9:40pm: someone picked up the phone and left it on a desk I guess - listened for them swearing for 3 minutes while their other phone was ringing non-stop and just ignored by them 9:43pm: finally called through to find out that my order was canceled because "they tried to call me and nobody answered"! Not to mention I was on my phone the entire time and they couldn't have got the # wrong cause they sent me a confirmation text! Thanks for your beyond horrible customer service, pizza hut!!!
