“I'm not sure if this is the concourse B location or not but my experience was there. However, Gary went above and beyond! He was exceptionally kind, and helpful, friendly and welcoming. He really made my day better, I had a bad start to my day, and sometimes all it takes is a little extra kindness and compassion. Give Gary a raise and a promotion. Gary cares. Be more like Gary.
