Purchased 2 footlongs, the beast and the monster. These are not the regular footlongs. When I opened them they were small as heck, hardly no meat at all on them! After I paid $12.49 for one and $11 something for the other! I’ve purchased these sandwiches my times and have never had this problem .The ppl that run this place can barely speak English. I will never go to this East 55th and St Clair location again!

Will act like they don’t know how to take reward $$$ off by telling you that you need enough to cover entire bill even though app says I have $8 available in rewards. Will stick to my local subway because this one will do anything to not use rewards (rewards I’ve gotten from ordering here)

First off there taking orders an don't fully understand English. Then its a shield blocking your view of what meat your getting. Very small portions. Once I heard how the communication was going with the person in front of me. I should have left. I gave it a chance. Cheese wrong. Chicken bacon slice provolone cheese slice American bread toasted. Bacon raw chicken Shred it like cheese. I thought it'd come in blocks anyhow. No when I get hopen open it up. I was so hungry. I ate it but I will never go there again off. The Saint Clair do better. At least have 2 people in there that understand take the shield down. Aint that against the law?The plastic shield, but they have a metal shield inside. The plastic sjill, no visibility on what you meet look like.
