The service was splendid and attentive. Waitress steered me to an excellent Chardonnay. The salmon with kapocha puree and a caramelized yogurt was superb. The vegetable sushi selection was delicious. Baby lettuces salad fresh. We will go back more often!
Fried calamari was light and crunchy probably due to the polenta in the coating. Veal Osobuco was perfect. Bone marrow was a delight with great bread. Beet salad was perfect. Service was very professional.

I didn't know what to do expect. Hotel restaurants are always a hit or a miss. Surprise! This one is a hit. The menu is limited so that told me that it wanted to do something well. My mom had two selections of sashimi that she said were over the top. My main course was done right. Very small but good selection of wines.
