“I would give 10 stars if I could.There are multiple reasons why I LOVE the Mentor Pulp store.~The smoothies are AMAZING! The taste of them is worth every penny.~The staff in my opinion is like a piece of gold. The ladies always have a smile on their face and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. Jenna, Savannah and Olivia have my order memorized so they make it extra special each time. “First time impression. Delicious wrap and soup. Customer service could have been better. Stood at the end of the counter where a woman was making smoothies and expected a hello or can I help you? She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.“

“I’ve been coming here consistently since they opened. The food and drinks are high quality, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The sauces they use actually make me crave eating here more and more. I work in the area and it’s great knowing that there is a healthy option nearby that never disappoints.The actual atmosphere is great! It’s always clean, always inviting and the staff is so incredible. As I said, I eat here consistently and I feel like they always go the extra mile for me. I can’t recommend this place enough!!Dietary restrictions: I am nondairy and they use nondairy ingredients for sauces and nondairy yogurt for smoothies!“

“(this is an updated review) I was in the mood for a salad and Googled salad bars and this restaurant came up. I am from Wickliffe and had no idea it was there. I went in and ordered a large salad and I have to say it was spectacular. So much so I attempted to go there twice after that but they were having staffing issues. I wrote a negative review and I should have given it much more thought. It is too easy to be negative and they did not deserve that. I will be back because sometimes you just want a salad. Everything was crisp and fresh and the salsa ranch salad dressing was GREAT!! Excellent. They do need to get some diet pop though (I can forgive them this because that is not good for you anyhow)“

“They are definitely good, but took a blended bowl to go, and it literally turned to soup! Not sure what happened, or if it was made wrong. I called and they said the blended bowls don't do well to go. I think it would be a good idea to let the customer know when ordering. It was $9.00 down the drain.“
