“First time at Mr. Puffs today and was pleasantly surprised!! My partner and I were greeted by Rome and Husan who were super nice the entire time we were there. Rome was very energetic and made our experience very memorable. She gave us a sample and helped us out because it was our first time. The food also matched the excellent customer service we received. We loved the crunchiness and chewiness of the puffs! They are very similar to mochi donuts and I've never had anything like it.
