I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again
