“We went for Sunday brunch and it was amazing! Incredible food and great service all wrapped in a charming, high-end "diner" atmosphere. I got the burger, my wife got the chicken and waffles and the kids got the crepes. I'm not good at describing food but they were all unbelievable (I made sure to sample everyone's plate!). Can't wait to try the dinner menu.“

“Chubbys was recommended to us for our anniversary trip and it did not disappoint! The vibes, service and food was excellent.I got the curry goat, with a side of plantain and my husband got the oxtail with a side of dumplings and okra.Everything was delicious and we will be back.We were given a one hour wait time but were seated before that!“

“The food at this place was so good. So, so good. I went with a friend and she’s vegetarian so finding good food options at restaurants in the area was not easy. This place, though? 10/10. I’m not a vegetarian, myself, but I really enjoyed my meal. The house burger I ordered tasted incredible and it seriously almost could’ve fooled me into thinking it was a real beef burger. Just about all their food options were vegetarian and/or vegan but really, anyone could enjoy it. Definitely helps that the restaurant itself had a fresh vibe and was aesthetically pleasing.Vegetarian options: Almost everything on the menu was plant-based! Truly a menu curated for vegetarians and vegans.“

“We got the prix fixe menu for a special occasion. The amount and quality of food was excellent. There was a wide variety of meats and seafood and we were more than full by the end. The explanation for each menu item was a bit rushed however and the food was mostly just placed in front of you.“

“What a glorious restaurant. The venison tartare was out of this world. The bison steak was amazing. The accompany mash and gravy was balanced perfectly for the bison meat. Prompt, balanced service and atmosphere. Highly recommend. My wife had the mushroom pasta which she complimented highly.“

“My wife and I came for the “early dinner special” (pride fixe dinner for 2 for $49). We had a choice of one of several appetizers, 2 of six curry dish mains, and a discounted glass of red or white wine. We also shared a dessert. All the dishes were very tasty and left satisfied.“

“Chotto Matte is a must try. The food was absolutely amazing. The Amazonian salmon is a culinary masterpiece, the wagyu beef gyoza magnificent, the tempura shrimp were amazing with the sauce provided, while the spicy chicken karaage wasn’t great flavor wise the texture was a bit off putting it was perfectly crunchy on the outside but a bit slimy on the inside, the pineapple pomegranate duck breast was delicious - extremely flavorful, though we were not a fan of the pork and shrimp gyoza they eagerly replaced them with another wagyu beef gyoza. The service is outstanding. The wait staff and busser were extremely attentive, our water glasses didn’t stay empty long the moment they notices they refilled without prompting and finished plates were removed from the table.“

“Everything was great , food, fantastic as always , we love Bar Isabel and go for many occasions but the red lighting is really hard on the eyes and difficult to see . It's very dark in there. But we will continue to return over and I we again . Great wine list as well! Must tries ... the boquerones en vinagre , cured mushrooms with egg yolk and the garlic snow pea leaves .“

“Everyone that works there is an absolute gem, and it’s always such a delight to walk into such a fun and welcoming environment! Also the food there is great! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and haven’t found one thing that I didn’t like! I would highly recommend Bar Poet, for a great date spot, place to hang out with your friends, or somewhere warm and inviting to come for a solo drink, or bit to eat!“

“We went for brunch and ordered the duck confit and french toast both were phenomenal! It was my husband's birthday, we were given complimentary mimosas, that was really nice. “Managed to get a table on Cinco de Mayo. Mariachi band was an awesome surprise! Food was outstanding. Had the EAT LIKE PAPI board. Everything was incredible. Must haves : Ceviche de Atun Mac Con Champinones The RIB EYE was probably the best cut of meat I have ever had - and I am an avid carnivore. Amy was a fantastic server! (So was Harrison)“

“This place is consistently good, but a few misses. When they first opened it was mostly vegan with only 1 or 2 things on the menu that were vegetarian, but the last time I went all but one pasta dish had cheese. There's no reason for them to have so much cheese on the menu when they also feature wonderful alternatives like in their vegan Brie appetizer. Would love to see them bring back more vegan pastas and less cheese. The vegetable side dishes are always good. Love the meatballs. The only real misses I had here were a risotto and pasta dish that were bland. Small space and you need a reservation, but vibes are good and I've always had good service. “We absolutely love the onsite catering from Picnic. Billie, Fiona and the rest of the Picnic team provide delicious meals and great service. From the fresh-from-the-oven blueberry scones in the morning, the tasty wraps and sandwiches for lunch to the warm decadent cookies and desserts for our afternoon snack, we always leave satisfied and full. Lots of gluten-free and vegan options to meet our groups’ dietary restrictions. The team is also very responsive to our needs and can customize menu items to meet a variety of diets.“

“I loved this bistro. I came from the downtown core to try something different. The food was delicious and the signature margarita was outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Be sure to book a reservation because I just missed getting a table in the garden oasis they have.“

“Was a frequent visitor to Sukhothai - Chef Nuit’s first chain, Pai is even better. While extremely busy the wait was super short, the location is deceivingly huge with 4+ large rooms. We had the beef salad, small portion but excellent flavor, yam fritters and pad gra prow - tip is to get the crispy pork, we’re all excellent! I also couldn’t leave without a takeout pad Thai. Will be back for sure!“
