MUST: PLEASE RESERVE A TABLE AS THEY DONT TAKE WALK-INS( if it’s empty, then only they allow ). It was my first time trying Rajasthani food in CA. We ordered One veg thali and dal baati churma. However the dal was mild and baati was tasting like fried (while they mentioned it’s baked). Thali was okay (sev tomato was good).
Best place for Rajasthani food!! I ordered a maharaja thali and a non veg thali with a few additional things. First and foremost, the gatte ki sabzi and tomato sev sabzi were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I liked everything else too, but just could not get over the flavour in those two dishes. Lal maas was awesome, naans were super soft, dal makhani, paneer, choorma, chana, everything was superb.
