“My sister and I were looking for a late dinner option and was told at the nail salon that Brooks is NOW OPEN FOR DINNER!! I think the hours vary but during the week they are now open until 8 pm!!??? The food was good but we felt a little rushed by our server...we wanted to sit and talk but decided to leave beings we were the only ones there!! But they did surprise us with a nice "free" desert!! “I have been going to Giovanni’s since they opened. I have gone here to celebrate many birthdays, my mom’s funeral, and everything in between. When I come here, I’m home.If you want to go to a place that continues to improve, both inside and out, while continuing to deliver high quality food, service, laughter, and music, this is the place to go! I have not had one bad meal here ever, and that’s at least 12 years. They give you generous portions, so I don’t think I’ve ever finished a meal, always bringing half home, eating it later and still tasting fantastic. “Great food and absolutely great service. So friendly and attentive. We WILL be back! Party of 6. Apps were very good and included the raw oysters; oyster app and coconut shrimp. Dinners included Blackened Salmon; Salmon Tacos; Burger and special of the day - Barbecue Ribs. They were complimented with fresh veggies that were really different, fresh and yum. Bought a birthday cake. A little expensive but my, it was spectacular! We will be back“

“Lovely place and great food with belt-loosening portions. Their traditional gyro with garlic sauce had incredible flavor with every bite, and was very packed for the cost. Their baklava was very tasty, but a bit hard to cut with my fork and eat due to the pastry being a bit tough. Both of us are diabetic and have to eat within a half hour of taking our meds. Needless to say, we felt horrible and we couldn't get the attention of ANY waitresses or management to tell them our dilemma. I finally called them on my cell phone to alert them to our issue. Then someone came to the table to apologize! The food is great there, so it's a shame they seem so disorganized getting the food to the table in a timely manner. They will get one more chance to get it right before we stop going there.“

“Cozy corner pub with charm. Had the fish & chips special…which was yummy. Had the specialty beer on tap…also yummy. Barmaid/waitress was cheerful & friendly. We ate on the sunny front porch. *To enter, use the side door at the ramp by the parking lot. We did a full building walk-around until we realized that was the only entrance.“

“The Bucktown Grille recently catered a Baby Shower for us. They provided awesome service from planning the menu to delivery and set up. The food was amazing. My personal favorites are the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and of course, the Shrimp Bisque. We received so many compliments about the food, everything was excellent. “I grew up swimming at the pool here back in the day and forgot how nice the place was. They had a craft fair and the people were very nice here. Lots of history in this place too. The Gatsby pub on the backside is really nice and I hear has really good food.“

My wife favors Goat Cheese but I never knew where to find it. Look no more. “This restaurant is a hidden gem. 1st time here with friends. Was able to accommodate a large party of 18 after shopping at the outlets. The items on the salad bar are fresh and has many choices. The pepper hash was one of the best i have had in years. The beef vegetable was delicious and had lots of fresh veggies. The lobster bisque had chucks of lobster meat. The service was exceptional. Our server Anaeja was amazing. Very pleasant and cheerful. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.“

“Recently was here for a friends birthday. First off, the place is large. There is a lot of space outside and inside which is nice because it allows groups to form instead of one big chaotic area. The space also allows room for kids to run around.I only had the o’reillys stout but it was excellent. It was super low abv, which was great because I had to drive home. I noticed almost every beer on tap was less than 6 abv and given the family atmosphere there, it makes sense.Wings were ok, nachos were ok, pretzel bites were awesome, and the pizza was excellent. The man there was very engrossed in his computer, didn’t ask us how our meal was and barely acknowledged us. Customer care and concern should be paramount in any business. Exeter Diner needs to work harder in this area as it left a bad taste in our mouths despite the good food.“
