“Our wedding cake tasting was so much fun, and it was hard to pick which flavors to go with because everything was just delicious! The actual wedding cake was gorgeous, and they even recommended a budget friendly way for us to incorporate wildflowers! They could have totally just charged us more and done whatever they wanted to fit our inspiration photos, but they made a really thoughtful suggestion of us ordering dried flowers on amazon, and they used those. They went above and beyond to make the cake perfect for us and our special day”

We went lunch time so breakfast menu was gone but got regular taco and chips with queso. Mistake was I got chorizo queso . And beef taco. Both meat. Little bit heavy for me. May be next time come here get another menu may be 1 veg taco or 1 veg queso. But taste wise both great! Little expensive side but it's ok not break a bank because only I can eat just amount of food!”

Plus hash brown and Caesar salad. The steak was medium-rear perfect as ordered. The ingredients are rich and delicious, especially the Cesar salad! The sauce for the steak (pepper) rounded everything off. And even if as a European you are always surprised about the prices, the price-performance ratio was acceptable here. The ambience is very stylish and cozy. Elegant without exaggeration. And the service was very attentive and friendly.So if you like eating steak, you will love it here. Any star less would be inappropriate. So: Clear 5 stars and a recommendation in Philly. ?”

“I loved everything about Her Place! The atmosphere felt so intimate, and cozy like we were visiting a friend’s home for dinner. I appreciated the detail/thought put into getting all of the guest to greet each other, even the chef explaining every dish to us as a group. I felt so comfortable that I even yelled out bye to everyone as I was leaving out the front door, like they were my friends! Lol I appreciated the hospitality from all of the ladies and it made my birthday weekend feel special! I’ve said so much just on the vibe that I didn’t even get to mention the food is SPECTACULAR! Oh, those chocolate chip cookies at the end, oh and the home made from scratch Chex Mix needs to be packaged up and sold in stores. Let me market it guys. I want to help out! Lol”

“Surprisingly amazing hospitality as we walked up without a reservation to see if they could accommodate. We got there at 10:30am just before they got crazy busy over the weekend and were sat right away. The vegan shakshuka and the blueberry pancakes were amazing. We came with our 2 hour year old and they had a high chair they were happy to provide. Our stroller was put in the garage next door and quickly provided when it was time to go. Loved this place ❤️”

“The best Pho I’ve had in the city. It’s cash only but they have an ATM there. One of the biggest appeals for me other than the food is that they always seat you immediately and bring out your food practically as fast as you order it. It’s also at a good price point. Depending on when you go parking is usually hard to find so you’re probably better off parking on the street nearby.Parking: Depending on when you go parking can be hard to find. I would suggest looking for street parking as you get close.”

Downstairs is more grab and go casual so if you want to sit and eat/drink it is probably best to make a reservation. The service is friendly for the most part but their menu is quite limited in that they put animal products in almost everything so this is not a place I would recommend to satisfy your hunger.”

Positive ambience as soon as we walk in, our server ‘s name ELIF ( hope i remember it right)guided as through with menu selection and showed the best costumer service . “Our family LOVES C&C Creamery! They have delicious ice cream with a wide selection of flavors. Their prices are very reasonable and their servings are large (a small is a double with two scoops). We love the flexibility of having both a walk-up counter and a drive-through. If you are doing walk-up, the options for where to eat aren't ideal - there are two benches right near the parking lot, with cars pulling up quite close to where you're sitting. The whole establishment is right off a pretty busy road, so there is a lot of car noise and exhaust. But we are happy to grab our cones and drive to a nearby park for maximal enjoyment!”

“What an amazing experience! I needed a restaurant venue in which to propose to my girlfriend. I was faced either with proposing in a room full of people or renting some expensive private room. Then I found Ambra and met chef and owner Chris D'Ambro. He has such a special room at Ambra, and he was so accommodating. He set up the room before opening so I could be alone to make the proposal. Then we enjoyed the tasting menu at the chef's table with wine pairing. The food was fantastic, the presentation was amazing, and the service was spectacular! In fact, we forgot the goodie bag that Chris prepared for us to take, and he came over the hotel he knew we were staying at and celebrating in the lobby with friends and family to bring it to us, which included a personalized printed menu of the night. They were fantastic!”

Relative to the tacos I think these tamales may not get as much publicity but they are unique and fantastic! Of course the tacos are great as well. Of the two taco versions, Lamb and Pork, the Pork was my favorite. The lamb was slightly dry and maybe needed a little spice for my taste. If you have to get them to go because of lack of seating, don't wait too long to eat! If only their standard hours of business were better I'd be there more often.”

Their menu (drinks and food) isn’t so expansive so hopefully that changes as they move forward, but what is on it is exquisite. The menu variety was good, the food presentation was inviting. My daughter is a picky eater, and plate cleaned. “I have been going to Penns port for over 30 years. The dancers and staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. I drive 40 miles to this bar as it’s the best strip club I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of them. No lap dances tho!”

“Exceptional meal, service and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience, I would highly recommend visiting and can't Wait to return. I enjoyed the decadent lobster bisque poured table side with beautifully poached lobster in the center. The pork belly and shrimp surf and turf which was ah-mazing and finished with the Signature Sundae which was indeed excellent. The staff was very pleasant to interact with and the service was impeccable.”

“Wow just wow!!! This was an experience and we cannot wait to go back. It started from the time we were seated to us leaving. Olga was out of this world in terms of service, knowledge and just the ability to banter with us. She was able to direct us to great drinks to kick off our night and set the tone of the rest of the meal. We were not celebrating anything special just a date night and a gift card. The food was truly out of this world. We started with the lamb dumpling special which definitely needs to be added back to the menu! We then had some dim sum which was perfectly balanced. We decided to go with a main course and shared the wasabi crusted steak with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. I think I could genuinely eat that everyday of my life. Finally our favorite dessert is creme brulee and they have a banging creme brulee, it was so unique and had some very fun elements. Service from the bus people to the management was top notch. Every single person that we interacted with was great.”

“We loved the Moshulu for dinner. The ship is historic, unique and beautiful. The outside bar was too hot to sit. The service at the inside bar and table was excellent. The bartender made a perfect negroni but I'm pretty sure that was grapefruit and not orange in it and we can't eat grapefruit. Everything has gotten expensive, so I'm not sure I should knock it for value, but it's a bit pricey. The bathroom could've been cleaner. The area behind the sink was not cleaned that day. The employees were all hard working and pleasant. We'd return for another occasion.”

Rebecca was a sweet and attentive waitress, as well. The female bartender was wonderful, in addition. The music could be much lower, though (as it’s difficult for hard of hearing individuals to communicate here).”

The ambience fostered conversation with our group as we enjoyed a great selection of music. The food was unique and absolutely delicious, with very reasonable prices. The drinks were also excellent. Dinner at Amina's was a wonderful experience that we definitely want to repeat. We are glad to have supported this Black-owned establishment. My only critique would be that they thicken up the milk shake to the consistency of a Wendy's frosty. Other than that it was a good experience and everyone left satisfied”

“So happy to have a taqueria in East Falls! We went there on opening night and the food was good flavor-wise, but a bit underwhelming on portion size considering how expensive it is. Tacos and nachos seem to be the way to go, their quesadillas are tiny. The margaritas were tasty and a good size!They also charge a credit card surcharge fee, but we didn't realize that until they charged our card and we got a receipt with different prices on it. Looking forward to giving them another chance sometime soon, and I will update the review if they make any changes!”
