Ordered a Pizza and some wings tonight online and received a phone call stating that they were "out of my delivery zone". I order from them once every two weeks. She said I lived more than 8 minutes away from the store. I checked Google Maps and I am exactly 7 minutes away from them. Your loss. Edit- Copy and paste from Google Maps: 6 min without traffic

Worst customer service ever. I am a business owner and if my employees treated customers the way I was treated - they would be fired on the spot. My order was NEVER delivered in the time that was promised and when I called to check on the order I was hung up on 7 times - finally my husband had to drive to the location to cancel the order, only to get push back from the girl at the location. Also she did not want to refund the amount to my card- BS service and BS employee. I will never order from there again and I will never recommend to anyone. This store needs updated training on effective communication and customer service
