Poor hours and customer service. Hours on Google state they close at 2 PM on Saturday. We drove 20 mins each way, arrived prior to closing, and they had decided to close early and refused to answer their phone. They saw me standing out front and no one bothered to come to the door, and I could see plenty of bagels in the bins. Too bad this is one of the only decent places in the Lehigh Valley to get a decent bagel because they’ve permanently lost a customer.
