Of course the pretzels are delicious!! And I was very impressed by a woman Jill who was not only baking, but was taking the time to make sure all of the customers that were waiting were absolutely happy and felt taken care of. I was very impressed with her communication skills and the ability to multitask with good humor.
Fast service. Nice staff. To me I don't think the pretzels are that great. They never seem fresh to me. My fiancee loves them though so maybe it's just me. Prices are pretty good though and they do special packages for mother's day and other holidays I believe.
