“I came here for the first time and was very pleased, the spicy shrimp appetizer was delicious and the lasagna was also. We got a massive sundae for my boyfriend’s birthday but took it home because the portions definitely filled us up. One appetizer, two small pasta portions, one veggie split between 3 people was more than enough. Our server Ron was very helpful and attentive. Plus the unique decor makes for a really neat atmosphere.“

“I was traveling from Lancaster to Scranton and searched Google for a breakfast spot. Call it luck or just pure hunger, but the stars definitely aligned for me that day. I stumbled upon Wyomissing Bakery, which was offering an all-American brunch buffet with stations for omelets, crepes, waffles, and pancakes. Skeptical at first, I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the down-to-earth, family-style ambiance—no flashy gimmicks, just good vibes. I knew then this place was going to be a hit.The buffet spread was so impressive it filled me up just by looking at it. My kid and I went around and around, piling our plates like it was a festival morning. This place left me with an everlasting memory—and a very happy belly!“

“Great food and service! Came for a birthday dinner and was not disappointed!! Food was fresh and we all loved our dishes. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Definitely a new favorite for us!Kid-friendliness: Good options for picky kiddos! The waiter even joked with my son. There's also a really cool fish tank visible from most spots in the resturant. I would not recommend sitting on the bar side if your child has sensitivity to loudness. It was a great experience overall!“

“I frequent this location a few times a month. We are always greeted by Fernando & made to feel welcomed. The food is good & the drinks are amazing. Maria at the bar makes a great skinny margarita. The service is my favorite part about this location. We always ask to sit with Estefany. She is wonderful! She has our order memorized. No matter how busy she is, she always has a smile on her face & is very attentive. We will continue to be regular customers.“

“We have lived in Reading for 3 years. We were especially surprised with the sheer quality and authenticity in their food. Our go to is the Seafood Noodle Soup with Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon. The soup is incredibly clean and the portion is so plentiful. Their wings are probably the best Chinese restaurant wings I've had. The wings have this distinct flavors and crunch where other restaurants won't cut it. The crab rangoons are so good and have little to no grease. I sometimes ordered beef chow fun whenever I went for just myself before working a 2nd shift and it's also extremely good and authentic. The staff is really nice and are courteous to guests. We came back to visit reading for the weekend after a year. I can say that the quality has not diminished in the slightest. Please give them a try!“

“Went with my wife for dinner...She ordered the lobster Ciopppino which had flavor, but the lobster was inedible...She couldn't cut it with a steak knife..The server asked, if she wanted a new dish, my wife declined ,because she had eaten the rest of the ingredients ..I was disappointed, because there was no adjustment made on the bill, since the lobster was the signature ingredient of the dinner...oh well, live and learn“

“We stopped in for lunch following a medical appt. It was a Wednesday around 12 noon. The place was not crowded at all -- indoors nearly every table was vacant and outdoors a few tables were vacant. (It was a low-humidity day.) I ordered a pizza + a salad; he ordered a cheeseburger + fries. The pizza was very good and since I can't eat cheese, one of my toppings was comped. The smallest pizza was more than I could finish for a lunch -- or a supper, for that matter, unless I were famished. The salad arrived in a 5" square dish -- romaine, assorted greens (the arugula was a nice touch), shredded carrot, diced tomatoes and a cucumber slice or two -- plus the tasty vinaigrette. His burger looked delicious with the melted cheese (provolone, I think) dripping down from it. He usually orders medium-rare but the middle was more done that that. Still, he had no complaints and seemed to enjoy it. The fries looked fantastic but I had enough to handle w/ the pizza and salad. Our server, Amaya, was attentive and helpful. The industrial feel of the place is not the type of decor I gravitate toward, typically, but it was fine. A lot of the tables indoors are of the high-table and high-stool variety. There is a large bar and you do not need to wait to be seated if you sit at the bar. This was not a concern with the place nearly empty upon our arrival. By the time we left, a large group (a busload?) had entered and gone to some side room (? they disappeared somewhere) and quite a few other tables had filled up. The food was very good here. It was $40 for the two of us for lunch w/ no booze - just waters and iced teas. It was probably $48 w/ tip, if I know my hubby. If I had been by myself, I probably would have taken an outdoor table, but with hubby along and a high today of 86, we opted for indoor seating. Great to know that this option exists for the "it's Friday night and no one in Berks eats at home on Friday night" syndrome.“

“Wyomissing ThaiWat Restaurant! In the local area, far the best, and far superior than the Thai restaurant located in West Readibg. Excellent service, excellent lunch prices and excellent selection. I just wished their rice portion was larger, because I always have to order two bowls. The ice cold Thai tea is to die for, and my daughter Kaitlyn is in love! Smile. Thank You for reading. Eddie“

“One of the best Indiana restaurants in the area! My wife and I have tried many of the Indian restaurants in Berks, Chest, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties and Nirvana ranks very highly on our list. Menu is plentiful, service was excellent, prices were reasonable for the category, and, most importantly, the food was delicious.“
