“The mcdonalds people/staff are great.I ordered online today at 9am, I parked on mobile order parking #3 and got off to go use the restroom real quick. There was a dude talking out his equipment, such as vacuum and sweepers and a lil more. He got rude with me.Said I can't park there is only for online orders.I told him I did I just need to pee. He shook his hairy head and said you still can't park there if you going in.After that I tried using the door he was using and he rudely did, THE OTHER ONE, THE OTHER ONE.I was just trying to get lil breakfast idk why I had to deal with his bad mood.I'm about to eat my mc griddle now that I got that off my chest.By the way it seemed like he was a contracted worker not mcdonald's staff.“
“Go there 2 to 3 times a week. Good people. Food warm, employees courteous, always a smile. Some have worked there over a decade and Baytown knows them. Help us during the hurricanes by opening up and they treat every one as equal. Baytown started out as tent people and travelers they understand that and groups change out all the time. Safe most of the time. Better not be rude to our interstate McDonalds people.Parking: You have options. On the side near the drive thru, other side cars, and the big back parking lot for buses, vans and truckers.“
“My family and I made a order for several items and everything was good except for the nuggets (Wich are usually good) and the manager HEATHER helped us out and replaced them with fresh ones.... I usually don't write reviews about employees but she was soo helpful and went out of her way to MAKE SURE our dining experience was good and she was very kind respectful and courteous HEATHER IS A PRIME example of a manager doing their job and running a business the way it should be especially a business that deals with the public A+++++++++( FOR HEATHER!!“
“This is such a wonderful location. I know most McDonald’s have a reputation of not caring and the food being wrong and just horrible and dirty and nasty but this is not that location. This location has amazing staff who go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy before you leave they are always making sure that, your order is correct and the location is always clean. If you’re looking for a McDonald’s with friendly service accuracy in the food and clean environment this is the one to go to best location in Baytown for sure for sure.“
