“Everything I have had at this Fuzzy's has been deliciously awesome. Where to begin? The pizza is the best I have ever had, hands down, but get this... my wife had lasagna recently and loved it. I wanted to try it, but didn't because I can't stand ricotta. Their chef, Marco, offered to deconstruct a piece of lasagna, remove the ricotta and replace it with mozzarella. It was extremely customer service forward, and it was the best lasagna I have ever had! The salad and breadsticks were fresh and delicious, making a perfect, perfect lunch! Thank you Fuzzy's family! I am a fan for life!!!“

“Mimo has easily become our favorite Italian dining experience. From the moment we walked in to our reservation we were greeted with a smile, true professionals. Our server went above and beyond, offered recommendations and really took care of us. The food was impeccable you can taste the quality of the made from scratch dishes, and the portions were perfect. We sat in the patio on a beautiful Sunday evening we shared a few appetizers including Fritters, the crochette, my daughter had the gnocchi, and my wife and I shared the costasa (ribeye). ( Why Allison Cook and the other food editors from the Houston Chronicle do not have this as THE TOP ITALIAN RESTAURANT in Houston is beyond my comprehension.) We always feel welcome when we are at Amalfi, and the waitstaff goes above and beyond to provide the very best service. “We came on a Saturday evening and they were quick to seat us. We started with Caesar salads. I have to say those are some of the best croutons I’ve ever had. Idk if they are made fresh, but they sure taste that way. We love pizza so we had to try more than one. We had the Honolulu and Meat lovers. The Honolulu is delicious! The ham had a great taste I just wish the pineapple was cut in smaller pieces and not slices. The meat lovers was okay maybe because of all the meat (sausage, spicy salami and bacon) it was a bit too salty. We had the tiramisu for dessert it was delicious and creamy I loved it. Our waitress was nice and friendly but she definitely seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables she was waiting on.“

“We were there for Mother's day and ordered a cup of soup, cup of red beans and rice. We split the roasted beet salad. Our entrees were the 8 oz prime rib with asparagus. Everything was delicious with the exception that both 8 oz prime ribs had hard gristle running through them. We have been to Laurenzo's many times and often order the prime rib (it is the best) but this time the quality was not the same and it was only after we had eaten a portion of the meat before we noticed the problem with the gristle. Our service was great (as usual) and I did not bring this issue to his attention but I feel like the individual who prepared our meals should have noted the problem when they were slicing the meat and plating it. I needed 2 toothpicks to remove the stringy material from my teeth before I could continue my meal. Otherwise our meal was great.“

We made reservations though they weren't necessary. And we parked quite far away she walked while valet parking had empty spaces.We had the focaccia bread and the octopus to start. Both were excellent, though the bread seemed a bit under salted. We asked for some salt, which they gladly delivered to the table. The bread was fantastic once we added a bit of salt.The Bucatini in tomato sauce was fantastic. Oh so rich and flavorful. The pork Milanese was fine but not worthy of a repeat order; it was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and seemed to be missing a sauce. The rusted cauliflower we shared and it was fantastic. Nothing was left on that plate!“

“Love this restaurant! It's such wonderful food and service. For first timers, please set aside a few extra minutes to arrive on time. All 3 members of my group used their car's GPS or their phone GPS to get to Bari, and each of us were directed to a different address a block away. Bari restaurant is in a lovely, fairly large shopping/dining complex, next to Dolce & Gabbana. So as you look at your directions, be sure the place you are going is next door to D&G. If not, just set your GPS for D&G. Free self parking & valet parking are available in the shopping complex.“
