We love Mod but some of the servers are way too nonchalant about customers. Had a line waiting - one person manning the oven, one slow person making pizzas, and one person just taking inventory of toppings and refilling them. While a line of customers waited. She couldn’t be bothered to help. In fact, she often got in the way of the guy who was actually making the pizzas.
This is my first visit at the Towne Lake location, the staff is amazing, great customer service. I would like to give a shout out to the following employees: Erin, Steven, Jasmine and Emily! You guys made my day :)

Nearly every time I visit, it's very, very crowded, so much that you might end up being forced to sit outside if you want to enjoy your food on the premises. The service can be a bit slow, too. Overall, I enjoy eating here because they have so many options, and I'm a big fan of their crust.
