I came in at 11:32 and was rudely refused service and was told to order online for better luck. I don’t under why I couldn’t just place my order inside, and why everyone was in so bad of a mood.
I will never order from this wingstop again. My wings were under cooked and I asked for extra crispy wings. The entire staff was playing around in the back, the cashier girl had AirPods in her ear talking on the phone the whole time. These employees really don’t take handling someone’s food seriously. The restaurant was dirty. This entire store is very disappointing. I hope management can make the necessary changes.

This branch is the worst!!! Food is cold because the order is always at least 20-30 mins late, though it says it’s ready on the app and via email. Customer service is horrible and the place is always dirty.
