So my husband picks me up 2 large teas yesterday that were supposed to be UNSWEETENED. This is an order he brings home for me every day since I don't drink coffee. It's fairly common that they give sweet tea instead. Usually we taste test right away but we didn't last night. I woke up today already for my morning tea and paper- lo and behold it's sweet tea. I figure no problem- I get the teas, head up to Sonic and ask for an exchange and they treated me like I was trying to SCAM them over $2.14 of unsweetened tea!!!!! Seriously???? I could go on but why bother, I've only been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Might be time to try Starbucks. #notmyfavoriteplaceanymore!

I work for UberEats part time, well today, I received a bad rating from this location, first bad rating EVER and I can show proof of this. Well they gave me a bad rating for professionalism with a business. Problem is, THEY stapled the wrong receipts to the orders, and once the bags are sealed I can’t check the contents of the bag, only the receipt, receipt matches what it says I’m picking up, well then it must be right. NOPE, they apparently gave me 2 wrong orders, I had already delivered 1 to a customer who also gave me a bad rating because the food did not match what was on the receipt apparently. Which again, out of my control. The point is, don’t rate an uberdriver negatively because YOU screwed up the orders. I came back to try and rectify the situation on my own dime, but with out an order# from Ubereats there isn’t much I can do. Had the manager not talked over me, I probably would not have sounded like I was yelling. Your screw up, not mine, I didn’t bag the items, I didn’t staple the receipt to the bags either, I just verified what I was supposed to pick up on the receipt with what was in the app and that’s it.
