“This review is long overdue as we have been thoroughly enjoying Sushi Bori for over a year now. It's simply the best! Our sushi loving son says it deserves more than 5 stars. The owner is so kind, personable, and always has great recommendations that never disappoint. The food is always so fresh and of the highest quality. It beats all local sushi restaurants! Our favorite go-to rolls include: Crunchy Philly, Bori Hot Tuna, Peppered Tuna, and Ruben Roll. Everything that we have tried is full of flavor and so delicious. “I was coming to this location when it was Abu Omar previously, and Cuzz Trio was a huge improvement in both taste and consistency. It's great food that I recommend to all my friends and I've never been disappointed. Service is always friendly too.Unfortunately the last few times I've come out and found that they weren't open. Hope everything is all right with my favorite shawarma stop. If you call in advance and don't get a response it's usually a good tell that they aren't open.“

“Man working the Grill makes a mean taco. The al pastor was crazy especially with the green salsa. It's a little pricey, but tacos are big and really good. Worth it. “I edited my opinion after reading the others. I recommend this place if you want to eat delicious, comfortable food without the stress of long lines, waiting or poorly cooked food. Personally, I can compare it with Europe and there is very little difference because the flavor is very rich. The prices cannot be like those of McDonald's, nor Mambo, if you go to a cozy place with good cuisine, it is normal that you pay a little more. There were 3 of us, we chose mixed paella, bravas, ravo on bull, skewer of potato tortillas, flan, cream and 6 drinks with a total of $200 more or less including tip. I think the place deserves it. “Yes, I'm giving this food truck 5 stars... the food waaay exceeded expectations. The staff was great, friendly, and moved pretty fast. I ordered 1 pastor, 1 chicken and 1 barbacoa taco... wow! Double corn tortillas filled with meat, onions and cilantro, on a plate with additional sautéed onions, and a grilled jalapeño with kick, and came with a side of amazing beans!My wife ordered a pastor quesadilla that was also stuffed with meat and great cheese, came with the onions and a side of rice, the beans. It smelled so good we didn't even wait to get home... will be back there soon.“
