“I loved the rustic and small town feeling despite booming new construction all around. They have a section for kids to play while you have some good grubs and a cold one. Our beers were served in frozen cups, which is a plus. All the staff we interacted were very friendly, specially Alma’s and Trini style food truck staff.Prices were on par with events/fair and maybe they will adjust the prices bit lower once the place starts to get more busy. There were only two food trucks for a Saturday night, but again there may be more options once it gets busier.“

I ordered the stuffed sweet potato with prime rib and all the trimmings and a side of their pineapple coleslaw. I have to be upfront, was I blown away ( not really). What I ordered was tasty, would I patronize again (yes), would I try the same dish ( absolutely). I wasn't disappointed, but I have a certain standard for food in general, especially bbq. The service was excellent. I would go back just for the service. They do get a thumbs up for sure.“

The coffee was bold but smooth, I liked it alot.The dining room was clean, and the drink refrigerator was well stocked. My husband picked out this location because of the posted dinner menu options, and none of them were available. Nice location on the Square in Celina, so we were able to do a little window shopping and walk around to the other store fronts.“

“Being coming for over 10 years. Great local go to place for a nice meal. Well thought out menu with no redundancy, quality ingredients, good presentations. No deep fried nor fish selections.Food: Consistent, well prepared with lots of varieties. Italian, Mediterranean, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and even some Asian fusion. Each captures a sample of their regional flavors.Brunch: good selection and variety of peach, blueberry…. mimosas.Price: Reasonable.Portions: Adequate, and worth the value.Service: Plenty of experienced servers and runners.Atmosphere: Personally, I think it’s a bit too dark, can't see the vibrant colors of the food I’m eating.Parking: horrendous!! It’s a busy shopping center with few popular restaurants.My favorite: Mediterranean salad with shrimp and orzo.“
