Some people need coffee to get them going through the day, I will take Fat Straws any day over commercialized coffee companies. “Came here on the recommendation from one of my best friends who loves their waffles. today I got the honey green tea and one of their famous waffles. I was afraid that it would be too crispy for my liking but it was soft and fresh. It was just perfect. Service was great. The guy was very patient and I will be back to try more stuff on their menu.“

I didn't mind as I was catching up with a friend.This location is both a TKK fried chicken and KungFu TeaThe TKK wings were great! The meat was tender and the coating was crispy. The biscuit was also pretty good as well. Out of the fries options, I would recommend the curly fries over the sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were too thick and not crispy enough for me.I didn't get the chicken tenders, but they looked sad.. pale, small, and thin coating.Lastly, I got the White Grape punch, which was solid! The inside is clean, and they have a couple games as well. This TKK/KungFu Tea is a decent spot for a casual hangout!“

“My husband, little one, and I went here last night and it was the best boba I've ever had! My husband's Vietnamese coffee was also some of the best we've had in the US, nice and strong (he's Ethiopian, so we need our coffee to be strong!). The iced chai with boba was delicious and our son loved his iced hot chocolate. I'm pregnant, so frequent bathroom breaks are par for the course and theirs was clean and nice. I also LOVED that it's the kind of establishment where employees can have their children with them. I work from home to be with my 4 year old, go to a chiropractor where the employees' kids are there, and altogether love establishments where that's a priority. My first stop of my only 2023 vacation was Northeast of Dallas in Richardson, a hotbed of great Viet food and drinks, and it was a location of a boba shop that I believe I've only ever visited in Toronto. I was disappointed that their bathroom was closed down, although I think there were technical difficulties. I was disappointed with the service, although the cute girls were efficient and I didn't really have a problem with them. And I was disappointed that the milk tea tastes very pre-made. Now that, I do have a problem with. I think I watched them pour it out of a pre-made jug, but even if I hadn't, I can taste the difference. Tapioca here is good but definitely for the price - close to $8 - you would expect a lot better than some pre-made milk tea from a jug, and that's why the star rating is low. Another thing I didn't like about this boba shop is that it automatically adds a 15% tip if you're not paying attention, on the card. And I wonder if the employees even get those, because in a lot of places they don't. However on a good note, this was my first stop of the entire trip, and on my way out of the shop a customer told me that I'm famous on Yelp and it's a pleasure to meet me, so that was a really nice start to proceedings. And if you want to have sex, but not all the way full on intense sex, then maybe just the TP?“

“I love boba first of all, but if you want something good and cheap go here some boba places charge, maybe like $6 for a small and 8$ for a medium/large. But I've been going here sence last year, trying to try new boba places to go to its best to try bobalogy ???“

“I ordered a monster Boba latte with added egg pudding, golden boba, and extra syrup. The boba tasted adequate; the milk tea and other ingredients were great! There was plenty of seating for my large group, and we had a good time socializing there. Service time was good, and there is a kiosk for placing orders. I would consider returning to try a different type of drink.“

“My family's favorite boba place! I've been coming to Boba Latte since I was a kid. Staff is always friendly and answer any questions I have. Everything we order is usually good. “We love going to Junbi because it's one of the very few places that offer high-quality matcha drinks. Some people complain about the pricing, and I was one of them before, but I learned that good matcha is pricey, so I would gladly pay every time.I got the Lavendar Honey Matcha Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Cap. The taste is comparable to the oatmilk lavendar matcha at Starbucks. However, the matcha taste is more flavorful and not overpowered. There's a nicer balance I this drink, and it's not overly sweet. The drink overall is fleshing and smooth.I would come again for their lavender series and maybe try their soft serve. ?“

My favorite is their Taro Milk Boba Tea - it's just perfect every time! The drinks are always delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the trip!“
