Cowboy's Bar-B-Que Reviews
It's fine. Not the worst, but plenty to be desired - brisket tastes like uts finished in the oven and barely has a smoke ring, ribs are so tough you can barely pull off the greasy bones. Sausage is pretty good actually, but sides leave a LOT to be desired.Came at 1pm on a Saturday, don't know if it was yesterday's everything but I won't be coming out of my way again. Sorry as it seems like a solid group of folks, just not great food. ?
Well it's bbq if your hungry. I've eaten here twice now, and it's been the same, these are the driest ribs ever. I don't know if they trim them to close or they don't mop them, but they are dry. The portions are good and the price is right, but man the meat is tough to get through. I hope the old pit master finds his old MOJO again.

Cowboys BBQ offers a quick lunch experience, drawing a down-to-earth, blue-collar crowd.Priced at $12, I enjoyed brisket and two sides, thanks to their all-you-can-eat self-serve buffet of sides. The same staff have worked there for years and that speaks volumes about the establishment's commitment to its employees and the loyalty of its customer base. It's a laid-back venue with outstanding barbecue offerings.Menu attached in picture.
