If it weren't for the pup treats and friendly service, this would be a 2-star review. The lone barista was super helpful, offered a pup treat when she saw the furry family member, and was genuinely kind.Having not had a Chai tea latte here before, we thought we'd give it a try. It definitely has a spice kick to it which was a nice surprise. Sadly, for this frigid day with temps in the high teens, the drink wasn't hot enough to warm up the walk back to the ferry line. This place is beautiful!? I can’t imagine living down the street from this place. I’d come here everyday if it didn’t matter to my waistline! Donuts are fresh and delicious. (In fact, I did eat these donuts daily while in town on vacation but picked them up at QFC!)
