“This place is a dime! Upscale Mexican restaurant is a thing. No chips and salsa, unless you order it, in which case you get three salsas and guac. But they do give everyone a delicious little tostada with beans, and it's great!! They have a full bar, and all of us were very satisfied with our wide array of orders. I had a burrrrito with the steak, and the protein was high quality and very well cooked. Highly recommend! Also friendly and professional staff!“

“Unique place in Belltown for delicious Cantonese type Chinese food. It serves a Peruvian Lomo Saltado and I admittedly was confused to the identity of the place. Come to find out they're in transition mode and hope to continue their unique positioning as the Asian Sports Restaurant. Can you imagine it? Dim sum & football?! I. AM. THERE!!!“

“Stopped in for some food and it was decent, just your average bar food. The bartender was super nice and welcoming. Plenty of dogs walking around enjoying themselves and saying hi to everyone. Ambiance was pretty dive bar esk but nice. Would stop in for a beer again but maybe pass on the food.“

“Servings were generous! My friend had a burger which he devoured. It was enormous. I had a steak salad with a spicy ranch dressing. The salad was far from boring and was served in what I'd say is one size bellow trough! Definitely not shy with their portion sized. Server was also a delight although sadly I forgot her name to give her an honorable mention. Great personality & patient with our questions.“

“The Lamplighter is everything one wants in a neighborhood bar. Plenty of TVs for watching sports, free pool, pull tabs for days, and epically friendly staff behind the bar and in the kitchen.Parking: If the parking lot is full, there's plenty of street parking around.“

Human food is also delish--we tried cheese stix and also chicken bitz with miso-ranch and house BBQ. Yummy on all counts. No handicap parking but plenty of wide spots (looks like there's a ramp but it starts a ways away). Huge kudos for the plenty-large, handicap-accessible, all-genders restroom!“

“What a lovely surprise!! We got off the LRT and decided to take a longer route back to our hotel on 2nd Av., The Courtyard Downtown/Pioneer Square. When we turned back onto 2nd Ave, we walked past Collins Pub and took a look at their menu and decided to stop in. So glad we did!!!!!Rebeca was very welcoming AND, checking out the list of draft beers, I discovered Russian River’s Pliny the Elder which we had when we travelled around the USA in 2014-15. We ordered clam and corn chowder -delicious!!! - and with Rebecca’s help, my husband ordered the burger and I had the house salad. We were very pleased with both dishes. The house salad was huge and the burger was the best he’s had in a very long time!! Wish we had found this spot earlier in our stay instead of on the last day!!!! A great neighbourhood pub with a wonderful chef and a delightful and engaging manager. Cheers!!“

“Just ordered dinner for the family - so thankful Bad Albert’s is up and running during this COVID-19 crisis! 2 burger dips, chicken strip basket, and a house salad. Everything was packaged nicely, and quality of food was amazing! I ordered for pick up, and when I arrived pick up was easy, had my credit card sanitized before being handed back to me. Pens for signing were sanitized and separate from used pens. The owners have made a noticeable effort to ensure safety for their customers and staff! We plan on ordering at least weekly, for as long as this “stay home, stay safe” order is in place.“

“I had been looking for a laid back sports bar to watch the NCAA final four with a friend. This was exactly that! It has a bit of a dive bar feel, but with an ambience that combines the excitement of watching live sports with the ability to have a conversation! The bartender politely declined to make me a cocktail because it was busy. I think they were understaffed because there were so many open tables - but I didn't mind because their selection of beer was quite good. We didn't order food, and it appeared to be standard bar fare. Overall, I think it's a great place to catch a game.“

“The proprietor was a delight! We enjoyed chatting with him and learning about the history of this building. You want character? You got it. We were having a late lunch so we shared wings and nachos. He let us try the popper sauce (a spicy grape jelly sauce) and the sweet chili on the side, plus blue cheese! All were great. The nachos were a little brown but flavorful. We had the option of adding in-house smoked brisket, but we didn't want to overdo. The beer was ice-cold! Overall we were quite happy.“

That was 2016 service and food is phenomenal. 8 years later I took a lunch break from my job working with the homeless now. “Stumbled into this spot on accident trying to avoid Seattle rush hour traffic. The tasting room has video games, pinball, skee-ball and of course... beer and cider. The outdoor seating area was vast and serene, however a bit cold for today's adventures so we sat inside where you could see the vats of cider in the background. “Only place to go country dancing in Seattle, and a great group of people. Sadly quite small without a big dance floor, but still an enjoyable atmosphere with regular dance lessons and affordable covers.Saturdays are usually more popular than Fridays. Monday is line dancing that is packed. Tuesday is bluegrass (no dancing). Wednesday is karaoke and Thursday is lessons. Sunday is just a jam sesh.“

“This place had all the markings of a typical dive bar. There were plenty of TVs to watch sports and a couple of pool tables. The interior was dimly lit with more tables and seating in the back. It was a neighborhood bar with a lot of locals and frequent barflys.Their website said that their happy hour is from 4-7pm but when we arrived at 6pm the bartender said it was actually 4-6pm. She told us though that "it's not happy hour but our stuff is cheap anyway" which was a funny exchange and gave us a chuckle. She was right though because wells were $5 and the Moscow mule was $8 (although it was just okay).We played pool, watched some TV, and just hung out. It was a cool vibe.“

“Love this place! This was our 4th or 5th time here and I'm always impressed by the great service. This was my first time coming for happy hour and the happy hour deals can't be beat. I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side Caesar (included) - it was delicious, so much food (the salad was much bigger than a "side" salad portion and the chicken was a good size), and so reasonably priced. The interior of the taproom is so nice and clean! Overall, extremely cozy and chill ambiance“

“Today for the first time I went to the bar and it was 11:50 pm and they charged me for cover when the event ended at 12:00 pm, I did not know that it ended at that time, So I paid the cover and the girl at the door didn't tell us anything, that's laugh people's faces and steals money. we went with the girl to ask why she did that and she lied to our face saying the bar closed at 1:40 but the bar does NOT charge cover it was just the event outside which finished at 12:00 pm“

“I had some fish n chips on 10/20 after watching the locks action. It was crispy, firm juicy and the tarter sauce was great. Fries were warm crispy and soft just how I like it. I would go again“

“First time here. We came on a Thursday afternoon at the end of April and it wasn’t busy at all. There is some parking on the side of the street. Make sure and check out the daily specials. The food was good. The atmosphere was good at this time too.“
