“Large and delicious (by Spokane standard) portions. But if you have ever had 'real' Mexican food ... Two observations from our recent visit: If you order a dinner salad, it will come dry with no dressing. Dressing costs an extra dollar. I asked why dressing costs a dollar when every other place includes it. "We have to buy the dressing and it costs $11 per gallon, so we charge extra." Seriously? They wipe down the tables between guests ... with a wet rag that smelled like it was from the day before and could be smelled from across the room.“

They stayed even longer to serve the SFD that were co located on the same campus where we had our meeting to make sure that any if any of our SFD folks needed lunch they would be available to serve them as well. Ricardo never even hesitated attending when we contacted them to see if they would consider attending our meeting. Even when I could not give him a head count as to how many I could guarantee would be having lunch. We completely understood that in our current economic situation that could be a deal breaker and he said he still would be willing to attend. Ricardo, you represent what is great about our community and our local small business owners that are doing it right when it is such hard work day in day out. We as an organization will make sure to do our part to help and support business such as Taqueria Guerrero with in our veteran and military community and even my personal circles. “Not only is Char an extremely talented brewer, the atmosphere and set up of the bar is always top notch. We love to stop by during our bike rides to grab a quick drink. Their stouts and IPAs are always amazing, but I particularly love the sours. They also host cool events like art-making and Halloween parties. “I went here a couple times back at least 10 years ago. I have tons of memory issues but vivid memory of this small place. I was trying something new, for me that’s a HUGE deal. They were happy to explain what was in things and how they made stuff. Everyone was so incredibly friendly as well. It was a super cute small place. I forgot where it was until I saw Zelia’s tagged in a post on my timeline. They were absolutely amazing back then, I’m betting they still are now.“

“Great place to grab a burger! The staff were super helpful with the menu and the bartender was very knowledgeable about beer, I didn’t however really like that the bartender gave an un-asked for opinion of the beer on tap. Everyone has their own preferences in taste and the preferences should be left to the individual who is consuming the drink. I did enjoy the level of knowledge that bartender brought to the conversation and may take his recommendations into consideration for the future. The food was great as always, you can count on a good consistent meal when you order here. There are two locations in Spokane I believe but I find myself going to the valley mall one when on my way back to Spokane from Idaho. They used to have a burger called the Juicy Lucy, I initially when here intentionally for that burger but unfortunately they have removed it from the menu and it seemed like nobody knew how to make it. I suggest bringing I back. All in all good food, good beer and good people.Parking: Mall parking, plenty of room.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s in the mall, definitely ADA compliant.“

“Go on Friday - the clam chowder is really really good! Had it 2 weeks ago and was impressed with that it didn't come out of a can. Can't go wrong with the cheese curds and a side of brown gravy to dip them in. I know, sounds weird, but, surprisingly delicious! Haven't tried the pancakes yet, but my friend swears the Sweet Cream Blueberry pancakes are worth breaking the diet! Our server Sarah provided friendly service with a smile and did a great job making sure our drinks stayed full and everything was to our liking!“

“The food was really good and for how busy it was came out pretty quick! Service was amazing! The lady would come by and have all our drinks memorized. We weren't a small group either. She was really on top of things. If you show up a bit earlier the pool tables are pretty open and they play live music on weekends. Had a nice outdoor covered smoke pit area too.“

“The staff are very polite and caring. The food is delicious. I am particularly fond of the spicy king pao tofu. The tofu has a great texture and the flavor is outstanding. At other restaurants I have had tofu dishes that were squishy and flavorless. The tofu here is some of the best I have had. I also greatly enjoy their iced Tai Tea. It is flavorful and hits the spot without the bitter taste of coffee.“

“Costco’s pepperoni pizza can pleasantly fill the gap when your stomach needs fuel. The crust is quite chewy, the sauce is red, and the pepperoni is commendable. It’s not gourmet, nor New York pizza, but when you’ve gone too long without eating and want to avoid road rage in the parking lot - enjoy a slice in your car, or eating while pushing my cart to the car!“
