I moved and had to find a new El Toro closer to home. (Addios Pac ave, youve done a great job! )This location ...omg! Chips , salsa, red chile, beans, rice, street tacos!! All so good. It's okay. Clean, friendly staff. Personally, I feel like the quality taste of the food has gone downhill some. Not enough spices or something. Kinda blah. I would recommend, though, if you're in the area.
