Went there today for yet another bad experience. We thought if we went in at lunch time we would get hot sandwichs instead of the cold ones we got the last 4 times. oh yeah, ordered brisket sandwich and french dip. The brisket sandwich was so old that the meat on it had dried out completely, the onion rings on it had shriveled up and we're so hard I couldn't eat them. The girl working the window dropped our change when she went to hand it to us through the window. Not only did she not apologize but quickly shut the window and turned away. We have tried to talk to management about the food and service but he insists there is nothing wrong with the food and walks away. Done with this place!
The Yakima, WA Arby's messes up our order about every other time (so we come less and less). This time my Greek Gyro (traditional) is bacon with BBQ sauce. The extra tzatziki which I wanted on the side because I don't eat the bread, was more BBQ on the bread. And they NEVER answer the phone.

Do not waste your money or time. Ordered two Wagyu cheese burgers without onions at the counter to go. Drove ten blocks to home. Both had onions. Both were cold. Cheese had not even started to melt! Meat was really pink inside. Patty was hard and dry. Hope we don't get sick.
