YAKIMA AVENUE STORE... SUCKED. I ordered and was treated like dirt from the punk kid and assistant manager, when i complained about not receiving my food. They belly laughed and said they were too busy. Told me if i get it i get it. if not they would return money to my card when not too busy. When i said id tell owner and gm, assistant manager said whatever and hung up on me. Ordered half hour before lunch. Delivered an hour later after lunch was over. Never wanted to take back my Tip back, so bad. Never will have anything to do with that store ever. WEST NOB HILL STORE, has the best food, serving times, and customer service. I will not hold the other stores treatment against them. Yakima avenue store needs total shut down.
