26 th March 2024 around 10:30 I ordered a double mozzarella burger and sadly both Patties were so dry and not fresh , it was reheated and worst mozza burger I’ve had so far . I eat from a and w when I travel and they have never disappointed me but this is sad.

We have ordered multiple times in the past week, and each time you mess up our orders, forget things, or give us the wrong items. It’s not that hard to read. And it’s disappointing because you were our go to place. But now we don’t want to order from your location because of the lack of service, the lack of reading and giving what the customer ordered. A simple fix would be : READ the order.

Very clean restaurant. We were coming from the Festival of Lights when we swung through for a late-night dinner. Food was served fresh, restaurant is clean. Lights are bright and even the washrooms are clean as well. Recommended.

Super cute and nostalgic A&W.Many of the A&W's nowadays seem more renovated and up to date but this A&W still has a well maintained old school feel. We stopped in on our road trip for a quick meal and were very happy with the freshness of our meal and the feel of the establishment.They still give you old school A&W mugs to drink out of! Not sure if I just haven't actually SAT down for a meal in A&W for a while but it was a nice little touch.Burgers were great and the onion rings were just perfect! I absolutely love A&W onion rings and these ones were so on point. Super crispy and hot and the seasoning was just right.We really couldn't have asked for a better experience during our road trip.
