“We live in Corona and, for years, enjoyed the original Hunny's Cafe on the corner of 6th and Main Sts. It closed a long time back, and reopened across Main Street in the former Grinders building. The staff, service and food choices remained varied and extensive. This location closed a couple years ago, leaving the Hunny's out in Temescal Canyon and the Elsinore store open. The Hunny's out in the canyon closed over a year ago, but we still make the drive from Corona to Lake Elsinore to visit our all-time Hunny's waitress, Debbie. This store is nice, too, and has some extended hours on weekends. The food is all good, and any 'issues' with any order or food is handled quickly, politely, and professionally. I don't mind the drive over and back, at all. We can easily recommend that you try Hunny's if you have never been there.”

We showed up and the waiter brought ice water for our dogs and took our drink requests. We had ice cold draught beers and they were 20 Oz. mugs with fresh orange and lime slices. We ordered the combo chicken & beef fajitas for two. Service was fast. The salsa was fresh and you could taste the fresh cilantro. The chips were fresh and crisp. They refilled the chip basket twice. The service was excellent as I said. the waiter came out at least 5 times during our meal to check on everything. There was lots of cooked veggies and no skimping on the amount of chicken & beef. We walked away full and very happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again.”

“My cousin Randy and I ate at Smoke on the Ohio in early July after taking a road trip out of Evansville, IN and the food was awesome. There was one young lady who was the only waitress and she was busy as it was one pm, but she was very friendly and did a great job and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. We both ordered double cheeseburgers with bacon and they were fantastic. We had an order each of deep fried mushrooms and I had onion rings and my cousin Randy had fries and everything was tasty. I walked out of there with a smile and a wobble I was so full. I like old buildings and I along with my cousin liked the atmosphere, the service and the food. Dunkin' is heading back to Canada, eight years after it gave up on a market it couldn't crack.
