“I had the Alabama catfish dinner; it totally was not I expected. the fried catfish was cooked perfectly; it was on a layer of collards and under that was cheese grits. i.ve never had catfish plated that way. but it was amazing, now you might need to be from the south to enjoy this. I did not miss a bite. but the combination was absolutely delicious. We ate upstairs on the patio, it was a little chilly and windy, they had heaters and it made it comfortable. Cudos to the wait staff running up and down the stairs to bring food and drinks in an efficient manner.”

“Dancers, read this! Traverse Nightclub in Revelstoke does a fantastic job at providing a friendly dancing environment! Always well staffed, safe feeling, and very friendly, I never hesitate to show up alone and dance until closing. Great dance floor, fun layout, good speakers, loud without requiring ear protection, and they bring in a good variety of musicians and artists. The cover charge is usually modest, and disincentivizes some of the heavy drinkers to party elsewhere. In winter, i bring my dance shoes, and coat-check my boots and jacket.
