“I had the Monroe burger with baked beans. The burger was thick and large 8 ounces and was cooked medium. It was delicious and quite tasty. The wife had a pulled pork sandwich and she stated it was some of the best she has tasted. I tried some and wow she was absolutely correct. I happened to speak with some of the workers about the building and ended up getting a tour of the century old building. The building was originally a hardware store and is now a restaurant and a venue for weddings and receptions with a city view second floor outside deck. The center of the reception area has a super huge antique chandelier that can be moved from floor to floor by the use of a pulley. There is a wedding area complete with church pews and a grand piano. What I was also impressed by, was an old safe that was converted into a walk in freezer. The walls of the safe were about 2 feet thick of bricks and the wall was cut to install a door to enter the freezer. Unbelievably, the area had an open old style elevator controlled by cables and pulleys that actually worked. To conclude, a great place to dine with delicious food and a historic architectural atmosphere. If you come to Brewton, Alabama, enjoy a delicious meal and take is some of the architecture.”

“Pleasantly surprised -We ordered online thru their website Saturday night about 7:30, as we didn't want to go far from home & were craving Chinese food. Our food was very good, hot and ready when we picked-up. It was nice to see Elaine again as we haven't been in for a year or so. We bought (3) dinner meals for two, had way too much to eat-with at least 1-2 more leftover meals, all for about $40.00 -Where can you do that anymore, plus the food was delicious. It was not salty or heavy with MSG. The chicken chow mein was so fresh and crisp. The boneless spareribs were cooked to perfection - not overdone like so many other restaurants. We will be back soon to have dinner in their new dining room.”
“Amazing place for excellent food and service!”

Dirty soda is the drink behind the boom. Take a fountain soda, then add cream, flavored syrups, or bits of fruit, and you get a customized cup that fans treat as a daily pick-me-up. Running a successful restaurant is about much more than serving great food. Today’s guests notice every detail, from interior design to how information is presented at the table. Here are seven practical ways to increase restaurant revenue through smarter table marketing.
Americans are drinking less alcohol, and fast-food chains have spotted a chance to fill the gap. They are courting young customers with frozen coffees and energy drinks that buyers can customize down to the flavor shot. Taco Bell has pushed harder than most, opening more than 30 Live Más Cafés inside its existing restaurants, where workers it calls "Bellristas" serve creamy chillers, fruity refreshers, and seasonal drinks alongside the usual menu. A diner can wash down a Triple Double Crunchwrap with a Pineapple Lime Rockstar Energy Refresca and its 200 milligrams of caffeine, roughly twice a regular coffee. Early results have already justified the expansion. After Taco Bell debuted Live Más Café outside San Diego in late 2024, that location saw a 40% sales lift, and the chain now plans a systemwide rollout as it chases $5 billion in beverage sales by 2030.
Dunkin' is heading back to Canada, eight years after it gave up on a market it couldn't crack. The coffee chain, owned by Atlanta-based Inspire Brands, said it has signed a deal with Foodtastic to open "hundreds" of locations across the country. Foodtastic, which owns Freshii and runs 27 brands and more than 1,200 locations in Canada, already operates Inspire's Jimmy John's sandwich shops there. Both sides pointed to that track record.
Calgary doesn't do things halfway. Not with its beef, not with its winters, and definitely not with its burgers. This is cattle country - a city where people take patty composition personally, where the debate between smash and thick-cut can outlast a hockey game, and where a single "special sauce" recipe has been guarded since 1962. This isn't a list of the best burger restaurants in Calgary. It's a list of the best burgers - the actual sandwich, bite by bite. We ranked based on flavor, texture, composition, and the one metric that never lies: the silence that falls over the table after the first bite. From a drive-thru institution that's been slinging burgers since JFK was president, to a wood-paneled smash spot that opened in 2023 and is already being called the best in Canada - here are the ten burgers worth crossing the city for.

“Global Cuisine by Blesame Int'l Catering is a welcoming restaurant serving authentic Filipino cuisine. The owner, Chef Kris, is kind and accommodating, making guests feel right at home. The menu offers a range of classic Filipino dishes, including Pork Adobo Ribs, Pancit with Pork, and Halo-Halo dessert. The bento box special, featuring chicken or pork adobo with steamed rice, spring roll, pancit, and dessert, is a popular choice. The locally-owned restaurant has a homey and casual atmosphere, traditionally decorated and very clean. The Kare Kare Oxtail was filling and had a rich peanut flavor, while the adobo was tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The pancit was a symphony of textures and tastes. Guests have noted that the food is delicious and authentic, and there are also Korean options and great pastas available. The real highlight is the owner's warm hospitality, as she genuinely cares about her guests. Overall, Global Cuisine is a great spot for a taste of homegrown Filipino cuisine and a welcoming dining experience, sure to leave visitors eager to return.”

The staff is friendly and attentive, with the service earning high praise for making the dining experience memorable. The restaurant features a cool old-timey vibe, especially upstairs, and offers a variety of tasty drinks. The food is great, with short rib egg rolls being really good. While the food might not always be to everyone's liking, and some find the prices high, the overall experience, including the atmosphere and service, makes for a memorable visit.
