First, we sat there for about 10 minutes waiting to be waited on--one lady said she'd be back, then another lady came over waited on us. The service was just extremely slow. Then we watched a child at the next table spill their drink all over the table and floor, while the waitress acted as if she couldn't see it. I realize that this is a crappy part of waiting tables, but you should help your customer. No, the mother and grandpa had to clean up the area themselves. I realize it's hard to find good help nowadays, but some on, the place wasn't even half full??? Again, the food is well worth the trip, but the service is lacking.”

We ordered bread and had a delightful dinner. We did sit outside and it was a lovely evening. When I visit Alexandria Bay again, it will definitely be on my list of best restaurants to revisit.”
