i ordered an açai bowl for the first time and was super excited as they look delicious. the bowl looked nothing like what was advertised it’s supposed to come with bananas and they didn’t even add it. they only put granola on it. the bowl was super watery and just did not taste good i took one bite and threw it out. a waste of money.

The juicer being “broken” for more than a month is a little silly. I went there the beginning of February and again on the 5th. It’s quite odd to have one of the main appliances, be broken for that long and not be fixed. When all you do is make juice and smoothies ???Then, to have Booster Juice take away orange juice is just all around not a good business move.

I walked in to an extremely rude customer yelling and berating the young lady behind the counter. She handled herself well, and both her and the other girl apologized to everyone else in the store.Not sure what his problem was but to get that mad over a smoothie is ridiculous. Kudos to the staff for handling themselves well.Customer service was great, smoothies always delicious.

Dirty, broken bathroom. Needs reno or repair.Workers wouldnt use my reusable cup, and couldnt explain why. It was very weird. They sell reusable cups. Seriously.Ope, manager just came out. They were kind, and informed me and their workers that they only refill their own reusable cups- a bad policy but not the managers or workers fault.Smarten up owners/boosterjuice. Being environmentally friendly shouldnt be such a painful experience and certainly shouldnt require me to buy your cheap plastic reusible cups.

Raylene either needs to get fired or quit. Today I got the worst service I've everhad from a booster juice. Apparently taking an order, using a cashregister rand making a smoothie is extremely challenging for this girl.
Usually not bad, but out of the three workers only one was actually working, the other two wouldn't stop talking even with a lineup.The one girl was rushing, my smoothie wasn't really blended at all. Feel bad for her having to do all the work.
