We have been big fans of DQ for years. Some time ago, our Airdrie location on Edmonton trail began charging extra for a Cappuccino Skor blizzard, a treat available at every other location as a regular item.

Omg! I always have a bad experience at this location, the service is so bad! The employees are so rude. Every-time I go I always have something to complain about but this time they really upset me.I went to buy a cake for my moms birthday I literally didn’t know which one to pick, so I kept the door of the freezer opened for like 2 minutes! And this old lady was like “hurry up you are ruining the temperature of my freezer” like I was literally just making sure there was nothing wrong with the cake that’s all. Then I tell her if she can please write happy birthday and she just walked away, please make sure your employees are more professional with their service, I know is a fast food restaurant but always have respect and communication is key for costumer service.This was on 21 of March 2024 at 3:00pmSo disrespectful.

Our family uses this Dairy Queen often. I feel like the staff here are some of the best for a fast food establishment. They are kind, hard working and usually busy when we drop in. I like that the food is always fresh and good quality. We've had some small issues with our orders time to time but they are quick and happy to fix it right away. Honestly have had so many bad experiences here with blizzards alone that I don't even want to waste my money at this DQ. Going to be trying a new one! Random things in my blizzard that aren't what I ordered which means they aren't cleaning the mixing wand between blizzards. The icecream cakes are more expensive and smaller than ever. I miss when fast food places like DQ were consistently mid at the very least! I'm not asking for the world!

The customer service at this establishment was outrageous and uncalled for! A few of my friends and me decided that on our lunch break, we'd treat ourselves to a little DQ delicacy. As we entered we were IMMEDIATELY pestered by one of the older employees. We we verbally kicked out cause one of my companions wasn't so very hungry and so be it, did not order. (* my friend never took out any outside food and was sitting blissfully minding his business). After, we decided, it was no big deal and we would therefore return back to our previous location. The disrespect, lack of patience and disregard left me and my fellow companions DUMBFOUNDED! I get that there is a heavily populated schools nearby, but there's no reason to act in such a manner just cause me and my fellow friends were younger. At no such time did we act disrespectful to the employees nor establishment. If I could i'd give this place ZERO STARS for customer service!food was gas though.If you are looking for a better DQ in Airdrie, go to Kingsview marketplace area. They'll give you the respect you deserve. KINGS HEIGHTS FOR LYFE!

Went through the drive thru and when I got home my order was all wrong and missing my buster bar. Also the chicken strips were so dry and hard my 95 ur old mother couldn’t eat them. I phoned and all they said was “ sorry for your bad experience “ free buster bar when I come in next time. Also I wanted a single patty cheeses burger but got a double.
