The employees don’t know what they are doing, do yourself a favor and just order online.The girl working made us wait 5 mins to try and pay, we waited perfectly fine and then she set the debit machine up and we said we are paying cash, she got mad walked away came back and told us that would be another 10 minutes. We said okay never mind thank you and left and she very snarky said thanks like she did it on purpose.It may not be the best job out there but at least you have one.This employee who was working on March 17th at around 1:50 should be spoken to or you’re going to keep loosing business.

Jan19,2023Bought 4 pizzas 2 crazy bread. Waited 25 minutes by the counter for them.No big dealUntil I get home to find all 4 pizzas are still uncooked dough.Cheese melted on dough that is what I spent 69 dollars on.I am trying to post the photos here can’t seem to figure it out

I ordered a large pepperoni, crazy bread, and marinara sauce. Buddy tells me they don’t have marinara sauce. I think to myself, the sauce you put on the pizza is marinara. Train your staff better.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We get there at 6:00 we order the double bacon box suppose to be hot and ready between 4-8 but it wasn’t, we ordered a pepperoni pizza, a double bacon box, crazy bread, and boneless chicken bites. While we waited I asked about the crazy bread cause I wanted a snack. “ oh I didn’t add the crazy bread” ok well we want crazy bread so he charged us for the crazy bread. Then when we got everything I asked where the chicken bites? Oh you didn’t order them….. yea I did why do you think I got the dip. Oh you will have to pay and wait for them. No I’m good. I’m out my kids want to eat.Ridiculous. If you go maybe write it down for them. Might get it right then.

Awesome pizza.... But... at this location in Stonegate had no hot and ready or the deep dish lunch specials at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. I was in a hurry and hungry, and thought I could grab a quick bite to eat. Nope! Don't go to this location, go to the kings heights location

Unorganized and unprofessional.I asked for hot and ready items, paid and was then told to wait for 4 minutes. They then sold my hot and ready items while I waited. This turned into a 15 minute wait. I asked for a refund and they did not provide me one because they could not find my order.
Bad store if u order online and come for pickup they make you wait then other people show up and place an order even tho ur waiting your still comes out lat even tho both customers had to have there orders made from scratch if u want slow survive by all means come here to the little caesars in stone gate

I always enjoy little Caesar’s but this location is consistently late with their orders.Order was for 12:30-12:35 approx.Didn’t get order until 12:50.This was a pickup order as well.

Me and my bf were getting food, the order was correct but we asked for the ranch bbq sauce and they gave us the smoky bbq. We asked if the had the sauce we wanted and they lied and said they gave us the right sauce even though we could see that it wasn’t right. When we were getting our food after parking and waiting, the second lady that brought us our food also said that it was the right sauce even though it wasn’t. We could see on the label that there was no ranch. They charged us for the bbq ranch sauce on the receipt but gave us the smoky bbq. They scratched out with a pen that bbq ranch to try and hide it. Very disappointed. Not going there again. It could’ve been avoided by just telling us they were out of stock instead of lying and trying to hide it.

Hit and miss. It's always hot and ready, just not always good. If the pizza is fresh it's good. If it's been sitting a while, then not so much.
