Absolutely awful experience went to get some crazy bread, Kids love it decided on a treat go home to open it up to have mold growing on the bread !!! Called and basically got well its fresh I don't know what you want ! Worst experience ..

I ordered the Stuffed Crust 3 Meat the pizza its self was pretty good it had a good amount of sauce, cheese & meat and tasted good however the cheese in the crust was not melted at all it was almost as if they opened the crust, put a stick of cheese in then re-sealed the crust and the pizza was REALLY greasy as to be expected from little Caesar’s. I highly advise against devouring a Little Caesars pizza right before bed. Trust me, you don't want to experience the 'pizza-induced midnight adventure' in the bathroom! ??

This location is consistently awful to deal with. Waiting considerably longer than the given time is the norm. Pizza is often under done, and missing items from an online order is unfortunately common. I’ve tried to give this location a chance, but it’s not worth it anymore. Don’t go here, don’t order from here, go to the other Airdrie location or order from a different pizza spot.

Worst Little Caesar’s to come to. I went here a few months ago to use a deal that on Little Caesar’s website said it was a coupon code for free crazy bread and paid for a dip with it. Not only did the lady have to call Head Office and I guess the owner. She proceeded to ostracize me about why and how I got the coupon code. Yes it’s on the site. Then proceeded to say to show her where it is. Even when she was on the phone and I waited there for an extra 10 minutes to get my order which I paid for (crazy bread and dip) she then rudely said I can get my own dip on the counter. She made me feel like I was ripping her off. Owner needs to learn what a franchise is from head office and get training. Just awful service. Never will go to this location again.

This Little Caesars is an amazing place. The service is prompt, the people are friendly and cordial. Infact, one of the ladies has been super friendly with my daughter from day one, and they are great friends today ?The food is so good. It's our family go-to whenever we want pizza ?Great place overall. Would recommend to any one. Try and see for yourself Kid-friendliness: I'd say their pizza is kid friendly because that is the only place my kids will go for pizza

Worse customer service waited an hour for my pizza. The status on the tracking was stuck at ‘in the oven’ for 45 min which I refreshed every 5 - 10 min. when I called the girl said it was actually ready, obviously they forgot to update the tracking when they were done. My estimated time for my order to be ready was 15 min from the time they got my order and I waited an hour…the girl didn’t even apologize or try to make it up. Icancelled my order as I’m not paying $45 for stale pizza. Don’t pay ahead at this location or don’t go here at all.
